我們只接受因產品損壞為由進行退換貨，同時任何隨機性質商品：如福袋/卡包等不接受退換貨，敬請留意。

退換貨時請保留產品原包裝並提供開箱影片等證據證明產品送達時已損毀。

請於到貨7日內提出退換貨申請，否則概不負責。

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
